Positive Notes

Oya Care delivered over 11,200 services in 2025, surpassing in a single year the total volume achieved in its first four years combined. The company served 3,300 unique patients, demonstrating strong recurrence and cross-sell across care lines, and maintained an outstanding NPS of 98%. Oya also launched a new Obstetrics line and expanded its clinical capacity in São Paulo.

 

Backed by fresh capital, Oya advanced its asset-light growth strategy by strengthening partnerships with external physicians, expanding financing options for procedures, and investing in marketing and technology capabilities. Health plan partnerships emerged as a powerful growth driver, increasing volume and reinforcing Oya’s position as a leading women’s health provider.

 

The key challenge will be balancing rising demand with margin improvement while continuing to scale access. Expanding automation, growing online and AI-enabled services, and broadening care beyond fertility will be central to establishing Oya Care as a nationwide reference in comprehensive women’s health.
