Positive Notes
In 2025, Pathways strengthened its position as a core infrastructure layer for industrial decarbonization. The company reduced onboarding time from over 35 days to an average of 15 days, accelerating time to value. It expanded its enterprise footprint through new design partnerships and continued to validate its land-and-expand strategy by converting pilots into long-term contracts. Strategic integrations, along with a partnership with Google in the ready-mix concrete segment, opened new distribution channels. At the same time, continued development of AI agents further automated lifecycle analysis and EPD generation, including one of the fastest EPDs ever produced in North America.
The main challenge has been balancing growth with product and onboarding readiness. As Pathways scales, maintaining speed, accuracy, and reliability in onboarding will be essential before accelerating go-to-market efforts, ensuring a solid foundation for expansion across hard-to-abate sectors.
